Cancellation

1. Introduction

At Shree Sidhapeeth Vishnudham Mandir ("we," "our," or "us"), we are deeply grateful for your generous contributions and participation in our spiritual, charitable, and temple-related activities via our website (spvishnudhammandirtrust.org).

This Cancellation & Refund Policy sets forth the terms and conditions regarding online donations, puja bookings, and seva offerings made through our platform.

2. General Donation Policy

All donations made to Shree Sidhapeeth Vishnudham Mandir are voluntary and considered non-refundable, as they are immediately allocated towards ongoing charitable causes, temple maintenance, Annadhanam, and religious activities.

Once a donation transaction is successfully completed, requests for cancellation or refund will generally not be entertained. We request donors to carefully verify all details before confirming any financial transaction.

3. Puja & Special Seva Registrations

For online bookings related to Pujas, Archana, Special Sevas, or Event Registrations:

• Non-Cancellable: Bookings for specific Pujas or Sevas cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed, as resources and arrangements are made in advance.
• Rescheduling: In the event of unforeseen temple schedule changes or emergency closures, the trust reserves the right to reschedule the performative date of the Puja/Seva and inform the devotee accordingly.

4. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions

Refunds or adjustments may be considered only under the following specific technical circumstances:

• Duplicate Deduction: If an amount is debited from your account twice due to a technical error during the online transaction process.
• Transaction Failure: If the payment was charged to your account but the transaction was recorded as failed on our gateway.

In such cases, please notify us within 7 days of the transaction date with proof of payment (transaction ID, bank statement snippet, and date). Upon verification, eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

5. Tax Receipts & 80G Certificates

Once an official donation receipt or tax exemption certificate under Section 80G of the Indian Income Tax Act has been issued for a contribution, no request for a refund or cancellation will be accepted under any circumstances.
